Why go? For over 25 year’s Chris Lanter and Jodi Larner’s elegant little French spot has remained one of Aspen’s top dining establishments. While some dishes get a lot of press, be sue to check out the daily Chef Specials.

What to order? Cache Cache is an old-school steakhouse that’s become an Aspen institution – so we (of course) would go for the Filet Mignon or NY Strip. For non-red-meat eaters, we suggest their Black Fettuccine with crab, Rotisserie Chicken and Rainbow Trout Milanese.

Pipsqueak tip If the weather is nice, try to score a coveted spot on the patio.
