Brunch and breakfast are what Londoners and tourists alike queue for at this spacious and laid-back Aussie all-day operation. The extensive regeneration of Kings Cross has brought with it a plethora of new dining experiences, from street food stalls and cafes to wine bars and sleek, high-end affairs, and Granger and Co. is arguably pick of the bunch for families with youngsters in tow.
What to eat? Signature ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter feature on an eclectic menu that takes in influences from far and wide, from poke bowls to burgers and colourful grain bowls.
Pipsqueak tip: The kitchen will happily make smaller protons of their pasta, burger or schnitzel. Plus, the Granary Square fountains, aka paradise for kids in the summer, is just outside the cafe.
