Why go? Aspen’s Only French Alpine Bistro, the restaurant kitchen is currently managed by an accomplished international team, led by Bass Kritnikron, who has mastered French cuisine under the guidance of Michelin star chefs. Bass and his team work closely with the owners and their family recipes that were handed down over generations.
What to order? The menu here is all about fondues, of the meat and cheese and sweet variety. We suggest you check it our as fondue and raclette are must-haves for any visitor to Aspen (especially in the Winter when they’re open).
Pipsqueak tip Most kids enjoy the dipping action and novelty of fondue but there is a lot more on the menu to choose from in case they aren’t a fan of melted cheese, including a quinoa bowl, sandwiches and crepes.
