Why go? Dine at one of the most breathtaking oceanfront settings in Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Chef Peter Merriman serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods. The dining room and menu are dressed up fine but without pretension, making it perfect for a nicer family meal.
What to order? If you are famished, go for the shared dinner where you are served a family style tasting menu — where you get to sample many of their delicious dishes. If that seems like too much food, we suggest trying a couple of these off the a la carte: House-made Cavatelli pasta, Chow Fun noodles, Kalua Pig and Sweet Onion Quesadilla, Fresh Lobster Avocado Tomato salad, Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi, and Maui Lehua Taro Cake.
Pipsqueak tip The keiki menu is legit — including filet mignon and mahi mahi, as well as fun mocktails. Also, the restaurant is located right next to Kapalua Bay, which is a gorgeous and protected spot, great for families to relax on the sand or go snorkeling. Might we suggest you hit up the beach first and work up an appetite?
