Farm-to-table American comfort food served in a lively, rustic dining room with oak-barrel tables, Plow is a tribute to timeless recipes coupled with California cooking and warm hospitality.

Why go? Joel and Maxine treat Plow as an extension of their home where they often entertain friends and family. Inspiration comes from the bounty of produce in the Bay Area and the restaurant takes a minimalist, no-fuss approach to breakfast and lunch. It is all about bringing family and friends together to celebrate life around a table.

What to order? Plow offers good-for-you things like chia pudding and three-grain porridge for a guilt-free yet delicious weekday breakfast; but on the weekends, we suggest you indulge in their lemon-ricotta pancakes, breakfast sandwich, egg specials with housemade sausage patties and SF-famous potatoes.

Pipsqueak tip This is when having kids in tow comes in handy — get to Plow early to avoid the long lines (they don’t take reservations and, due to modest venue space, can only accommodate parties of 6 of less).
