We go for the super fresh sushi but the extensive menu at this spacious Japanese restaurant in midtown has an extensive array of food. The dishes are designed to be shared and the portions are generous. While they’re not quite so strict about the dress code mentioned on their website, you’ll feel more comfortable if you look as stunning as the decor.

Pipsqueak tip  Brunch and lunch are probably the most kid-friendly times but it’s also fun to check out the early evening crowd heading upstairs to the trendy lounge (where, FYI, kids are not allowed.)
