The Peruvian restaurant scene in Miami is highly competitive and that’s great for us consumers. This Downtown Miami hot-spot never disappoints and Ceviche 105 is arguably the most recognizable name in Peruvian cuisine in town. Fancy a pisco sour? Sangria? Try them both and take an Uber home.
What to Eat? What not to eat should be the question. If so, no holds barred. We love the lomo saltado, a stir fry with marinated strips of steak, with onions, tomatoes, french fries and rice. And, of course, ceviche — you can do mixed varieties with different seafood types.
