Why go? Il Corvo is located in the Pioneer Square area of Seattle where Chef Mike Easton prepares fresh pasta using artisanal techniques and the finest ingredients. Our 2 cents? Every Neighborhood in America Should Have an Il Corvo.
What to order? The restaurant offers three daily-changing pastas and the only near-constant dish is Pappardelle alla Bolognese. We suggest you try each daily special (and come back often to try them all); while you’re at it, also order some focaccia, plus the kale salad, and definitely some cookies/biscotti for afterwards — you won’t reget it.
Pipsqueak tip At a mere $9 per pasta dish, this place is perfect for dining with pipsqueaks in tow. The only catch? No reservations. So be sure to be first in line when they open at 11 (which means showing up at 10:30am).
